If you have a jewelry that needs repair (after use) you can mail the item to me for a free repair. Even though it's slightly flexible, delicate designs are fragile and should be worn with care. Please notice that acrylic (perspex) which is the foundation to most of my jewelries is a breakable material. It happens - If you want to make sure you get it in less than three weeks you can't rely on regular economy post. Do note any kind of delay is almost never my fault, I always ship quickly, but random custom and security checks might cause items to be delayed at times.
Refunds due to delivery delays - If more than 40 days have passed since your order was made and you still didn't get it, please contact me and together we'll decide if to ship you a new item or a refund.
